About
Built at a dispatch desk
THENEKAS is a TMS for trucking companies of any size: loads, drivers, tracking for brokers and the books in one workspace. It is built by a freight dispatcher, for the work he does every day.
From the founder
I'm Cruz. I dispatch trucks.
I built THENEKAS because the software I worked in every day made simple things slow: ten clicks to send a load, a spreadsheet on the side to see if a lane paid, a Friday lost to settlements.
Every screen here is something I needed at my own desk. If something gets in your way, write to me. I read every request.

A few rules we build by
Dispatch speed
A load should take a minute, not ten clicks. When a screen slows the desk down, we treat it as a bug.
Plain prices
You pay for the trucks you run. Drivers, trailers and office users are free in every plan.
Your data is yours
We don't sell it, use it for ads or use it to train AI models. Each company's data is kept apart from every other.
A record nobody rewrites
Every change goes into the activity log with who made it and when. Nobody can edit or delete it, the owner included.
Drivers have enough to do
A phone number to sign in, one button for each step, photos straight to the load. Nothing else in their way.
Only what's true
This site shows what the product does today. What isn't built yet says so: coming, or planned.
Where it's going
One place for a carrier's whole day
Dispatch, the drivers' phones, tracking for brokers and the books, without a second system on the side. Native iOS and Android driver apps are coming. What changed lately is on the changelog.
