Dispatch services
Several carriers. One sign-in.
Work for each carrier inside its own company in THENEKAS and switch between them from the menu. Their loads, drivers, money and logs never mix, and each carrier's owner decides what you can see and do.
Users are free in every plan. Each carrier's plan goes by its own active trucks.
For dispatch services
Your desk, their companies
Each carrier keeps its own data and its own say over your access. You keep one sign-in.
Switch, don't sign out
One account in several companies. Pick the company you're working in from the menu.
Nothing mixes
Every request is checked against the company you're in. A load, a driver or a report of one carrier never shows in another.
The carrier sets your rights
Each carrier's owner gives you a position and can change single rights on your card, such as seeing only the loads you dispatch.
Your fee on the settlement
The carrier can add the dispatcher as an extra payee on a driver: a percent, per mile or per load, written when the settlement closes.
Mail per carrier
Each carrier's company has its own address for forwarded rate cons, so a rate con lands with the right carrier.
The carrier's name on the paper
Each carrier verifies its own USDOT with FMCSA, and invoices and packets go out in the carrier's name.
Paperwork
Invoices go out in the carrier's name
Packets and invoices are emailed from the load in the carrier's company name, and replies go back to the carrier or to you. Each carrier's FMCSA verification opens invoicing and factoring for its own company.
- Up to 3 recipients on each email
- Each carrier's own header and footer on its invoices
- Every email sent is in that carrier's activity log
How it works
One carrier at a time
- 1
The carrier signs up
It creates its company and verifies its USDOT with FMCSA.
- 2
It invites you
By email or text, with a position, usually dispatcher.
- 3
You switch in
Pick the carrier in the menu and work its loads.
- 4
Repeat per carrier
Each one is its own company on the same sign-in.
Questions
Dispatch services, answered
Who pays for THENEKAS?
Each carrier's company has its own plan, priced by its own active trucks. Users are free, so adding you as a dispatcher costs the carrier nothing. Everything is free during early access.
Can one carrier see another carrier's loads?
No. Each company's data is kept apart, and every request is checked against the company it belongs to.
Can I keep a company of my own too?
Yes. One account can belong to several companies, your own included; you switch to it like to any other.
What happens when a carrier stops working with us?
Its owner removes you from the company. Your card there becomes “former”, so the record of what you did stays with the carrier, and you keep your other companies.
