Growing fleets · 20–60 trucks
An office with roles, not one shared login.
Dispatch, after-hours, accounting, safety and the fleet manager each get the screens their job needs. The owner sets the rights, the activity log keeps the record, and the reports show which dispatcher, driver and truck makes money.
Carrier, 21–40 trucks: $279 a month billed yearly. Large, 41–60 trucks: $319. Every user is free.
For a real office
Each desk with its own job
Rights follow the position, the owner adjusts single people, and the log shows who did what.
Positions that fit the job
Seven positions with sensible rights, and a workspace menu that shows each one only its own sections.
Rights per person
Turn single rights on or off for one person: rates, deleting loads, imports, safety, driver papers.
After-hours that knows
A driver's stop times and papers notify the load's dispatcher and the after-hours dispatchers, not the whole office.
Money stays with accounting
Invoices, payments and settlements are the accountant's. While an accountant signs in, the owner reads the books without changing them.
Reports per person and truck
Two periods side by side per dispatcher, driver or truck: loads, revenue, rate per mile, margin. Cost per mile for each truck.
Approvals
Big rates, new customers, large payouts and expenses wait for a yes, once you turn those rules on.
Reports
Two periods, side by side
Pick two periods and compare them per dispatcher, driver or truck: loads, gross, rate per mile and margin, with the change in dollars. Margin is revenue minus driver pay and the loads' own expenses.
- A card limited to its own loads sees only those in the reports
- A per-truck view with its expenses and cost per mile
- CSV for anything you want to dig into
After-hours
The night desk sees what the day desk booked
After-hours dispatchers work the same loads. Each stop time and paper from a driver notifies the load's dispatcher and the after-hours desk, and the load's history shows the whole night in the morning.
- Notifications go to the people on the load, not to everyone
- The load's history: every change, by whom and when
- Office access only from your networks, with the IP allowlist
How it works
Setting up a bigger office
- 1
Bring the data
Import loads, drivers, trucks and trailers from your current system's exports.
- 2
Invite the office
Each person joins on their own card, with a position.
- 3
Tune the rights
Adjust single people, hide menu sections per position, turn on approvals.
- 4
Watch the numbers
Compare dispatchers, drivers and trucks period against period.
