What's new

What changed in THENEKAS, newest first. What isn't built yet is at the bottom, marked Coming or Planned.

Receivables, broker status emails, detention and a dashboard

  • Receivables. Who owes you and how late: 0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ days per customer, past due by their terms, notes on each call, and a payment reminder email listing the open invoices.
  • Status emails to the broker. Turn them on for a load and the broker gets an email at each step the driver marks (dispatched, on the way, arrived, loaded, unloaded, delivered) with the tracking link. Never the rate.
  • Detention, layover and TONU, counted for you. From the stop times and each customer's free time and rate. Nothing is billed until the accountant approves it; then it lands on the invoice and the driver's share on the settlement.
  • Tasks. Office to-dos with an owner, a due date and comments, tied to a load, a driver or a truck.
  • Dashboard. Revenue per truck, rate per mile, empty miles, on-time pickups and deliveries against the period before, and a weekly gross board by driver, dispatcher or truck.

October 26–30, 2026

Rights per person, safety and papers on tracking links

  • Rights per person. A position is now a starting point: the owner turns single rights on or off on one person's card, like seeing rates, deleting loads or opening driver papers, and can reset the card to its position. The owner also picks which workspace sections each position sees.
  • Driver papers locked down. CDL and medical card photos open only through a one-time link that works for 60 seconds. Every view is logged, and the viewer confirms it's them if they signed in more than 10 minutes ago.
  • Passkeys confirm it's you. Steps that ask for your password again now take one of your passkeys too.
  • Papers on tracking links. Tick the BOL, POD or lumper receipt on the load card and the broker downloads it from the link. “Copy link with papers” opens the link right at them.
  • Who to call, on the link. Tracking links show the driver's and the dispatcher's names and phone numbers, each with a Call button.
  • IFTA tax by state. The quarter worksheet shows each state's tax rate, tax due, tax paid and the net.
  • Safety and maintenance. The accident register and roadside inspections with violations, out-of-service orders and DataQs, plus maintenance rules by days or miles and work orders that become expenses.
  • QuickBooks Online, money going out. Closed settlements go over as bills to the driver, settlement payments as bill payments, and paid expenses as purchases.
  • Expiry emails. A daily email to the owner, the fleet manager and safety about driver and unit dates, 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before they run out.

October 19–25, 2026

Email in, tracking links for brokers and approvals

  • Email in. Each company has its own address. A forwarded rate con waits as a draft load, and broker mail finds its load and shows on the load card.
  • Notifications. A bell in the header. A driver's stop times and papers notify the load's dispatcher and the after-hours dispatchers.
  • Tracking links for brokers. A private page per load, copied from the load card, with the stops, appointment times and each stop time as the driver marks it. Live position and ETA start with our iOS and Android driver apps (coming).
  • Compare periods, and a report per truck. Two periods side by side per dispatcher, driver or truck, and each truck's expenses and cost per mile.
  • Approvals. Opt-in rules: a rate over your limit or a new customer waits before dispatch, and large settlement payments and expenses wait before they're paid.
  • IP allowlist. The owner can let office positions open work data only from listed networks. Drivers are never blocked.
  • AI check of driver papers. Each BOL, POD and lumper photo from the driver app is checked for the office: readable, signed, and the load number matches.
  • A street on every stop. Every pickup and drop of a new load needs a street, a city and a state.
  • Download everywhere. Every document and every settlement PDF has a Download button.
  • Mail is personal. Each person adds and proves the mailboxes they forward from; mail from any other mailbox bounces.
  • A second step after Google or Microsoft. On a new device, a Google or Microsoft sign-in asks for your password, a code to your phone or a passkey.

Appointment windows, and rates for drivers

  • Appointment or first come, first served. Each stop keeps an appointment time or an FCFS window, read from the rate con.
  • Drivers can see the rate. The owner can let drivers see a load's rate and rate per mile in the driver app. It stays off unless the owner turns it on.

October 1–3, 2026

The workspace opens

  • Loads and the board. Dispatch statuses from New to Closed, plus Cancelled and TONU, a separate billing status, routes with loaded and empty miles, and the weekly board per driver.
  • People, positions and the activity log. Seven positions, cards that stay when someone leaves, and a log nobody can edit.
  • Fleet. Trucks, trailers and driver cards with their dates, and a warning 30 days before one runs out.
  • Accounting. Invoices, factoring packets in one PDF, factoring schedules, expenses, reports and the IFTA worksheet.
  • Driver settlements. Weekly pay with recurring deductions, escrow, advances, payments, team splits and extra payees.
  • Driver app. Phone number sign-in, their own loads only, stop times, and BOL and POD photos.
  • QuickBooks Online. Connect it and send invoices and their payments.
  • Verified with FMCSA. A carrier proves its USDOT with a code sent to the email FMCSA has on file.
  • Imports. Loads, drivers, trucks and trailers from Excel or CSV, and fuel-card and toll exports into settlements.
  • Sign-in. A password and a code, next to passkeys and Google or Microsoft, and an email when a new device signs in.
  • Smaller uploads. Photos and big PDF scans shrink in the browser before they upload, with a ring showing the progress.

On the roadmap

None of this works today, and no dates are promised. Integrations we're working toward are listed on the Integrations page.

Integrations on the roadmap

Native iOS and Android driver apps

Coming

Being built now. Until they ship, drivers use the driver app in their phone's browser, which works today.

Live position and ETA on tracking links

Coming

With the native apps, the phone's GPS while a load is on its way: the truck on the link's map, an ETA, and a warning in the office when the ETA runs past the appointment.

ELD sync

Planned

Positions, trucks and drivers read from the ELD, starting with TT ELD, whose key can already be saved in Connections.

Multi-leg trips

Planned

Relays and trailer swaps on one load, each driver seeing only their leg and paid for its miles.

Try what's new on your next load.

Create the company and drop a rate con. Free during early access.
