An activity log nobody edits
Before and after for every change. The database refuses to change or delete an entry while the company exists.
IP allowlist
IPv4, IPv6 and ranges, each with a label. Office positions outside them can't open work data; the owner always reaches the list.
Driver papers locked down
One-time 60-second views, every view logged, a fresh sign-in when needed, and an alert past 20 views an hour.
QuickBooks Online
Invoices, payments, settlement bills and expenses, into the accounts your controller maps.

When we look, you see it
If our support has to open your company's loads or papers to help you, it needs a written reason, and the visit shows up in your activity log where the owner can read it.
