Product
One system for the office, the driver and the broker.
A load lives in one place from the rate con to the driver's pay. The office books and bills it, the driver works it from a phone with nothing extra to install, and the broker follows it on a tracking link instead of calling.
Tracking links are included in every plan. Live truck position and ETA on them start with our iOS and Android driver apps (coming).
One load, three views
Everyone works the same load
Nobody types a stop time twice: the driver's tap is the office's record and the broker's update.
The office
Dispatch, billing, pay, fleet and safety in one workspace, with every change in the activity log.
- Loads, the weekly board and the company's mail
- Invoices, factoring, settlements and QuickBooks Online
- Rights per person, set by the owner
The driver
A phone number to sign in and one button for the next step. Nothing extra to install.
- Only their own loads; the rate only if you allow it
- BOL, POD and lumper photos straight to the load
- Works in the phone's browser; iOS and Android apps are coming
The broker
A private page per load, sent from the load card, in place of check calls.
- Stops, appointments and each stop time as it's marked
- The papers you tick, and a Call button for the driver
- Never the rate, and included in every plan
Features
Seven parts, one workspace
Each part has its own page with the details and pictures.
Dispatch & loads
Rate cons become loads, routes count their own miles, and the board lays out the week per driver.
- AI reads PDFs, photos and screenshots
- A company email address for forwarded rate cons
- Loaded and empty miles from the route
Driver app
Drivers sign in with a phone number and see their next load with every stop.
- Hold one button: on my way, on site, picked up, delivered
- Arrive, load and unload times, with the wait
- Closed settlements as PDFs
Tracking links
One private page per load for the broker, copied from the load card.
- Stop times the moment the driver marks them
- The BOL and POD to download when you tick them
- Ends by itself 72 hours after the last drop
Accounting
From delivered to paid: invoices, factoring, expenses and the reports that show what a load made.
- Factoring packet in one PDF, emailed from the load
- QuickBooks Online: invoices, payments, bills
- Profit and loss, two periods compared, the IFTA quarter
Driver settlements
Weekly pay per driver, built from the week's loads and what the driver owes.
- Percent, per mile, per stop or per load
- Fuel and tolls from card exports
- Escrow, advances, team splits and extra payees
Fleet & safety
Trucks, trailers and driver cards with their papers and dates, maintenance and the safety register.
- Warnings 30 days before a date runs out
- Maintenance by days or miles; work orders become expenses
- Accidents and roadside inspections on record
Team & control
Positions with rights the owner changes per person, approvals, and a log nobody can rewrite.
- View-only and own-loads-only cards
- Approvals for big rates, new customers and payouts
- An IP allowlist for the office
Integrations
What connects today, and what is still on the roadmap.
- QuickBooks Online
- Excel and CSV imports, fuel-card and toll exports
- TT ELD key saved now; the sync is coming
Switching
Bring your loads with you
Export from the system you use now and import the file. Columns are matched by their names and you can change them before anything is saved. Load numbers already in THENEKAS are skipped, so the same file twice changes nothing.
- Loads, drivers, trucks and trailers from XLSX, XLS or CSV
- Fuel-card and toll exports straight into settlements
- Rows that don't go in are listed with the reason
